其實它是日本貨,不是來到香港之後,香港人不知是否愛不惜手,每逢提到”公仔麵”(泡麵),大家就會想起它.雖然後來出現了名叫”公仔麵”或近期流行的”生麵王”, 出前一丁的地位依然屹立不倒.尤其是留學或移民在外的香港人,一定會懷念公仔麵.從前在外地買公仔麵是很貴的,甚至有開大殺價的嫌疑.所以人人不止從香港回買那些藥用物品如萬金油,同時也想盡辦法的運公仔麵出境.至今在海外購買的價錢已可以接受,加上近年來出現不同口味,令出前一丁更受歡迎.
去位於香港某茶餐廳,已經不是那句”唔該,餐蛋麵!”(公仔麵加煎蛋,腸),而變成了”我想試一下抄公仔麵,邊款好食?”.
