昨天早上吃了一個很飽的早餐.這是我第一次吃一些麵包上有抄菜(抄spinach)的食物.看起來很少怕自己吃不飽,但吃了一半已經覺得很飽.在Newtown, Sydney有很多Café, 由早到晚都供應早餐,當然也有蛋糕等餐點.

煎的方法和材料都有點不一樣,看見裡面是包著一片片未煮熟蕃茄(澳洲式早餐是包含煎蕃茄)
在我們印象中,Smooths和milk shake(奶昔)應該是同一類的(但還未能分別兩者),少得有點像喝泥一樣.但這杯 Smooths就有點像水.

以上是Eggs Benedict的基本材料,第一次接觸.感覺它和Florentine有點類似,但材料不同.
紅蘿蔔鳯梨(菠蘿)西瓜果汁: 如果不抗拒紅蘿蔔,可以試一下,對身體有益,或試試加芹菜(Celery)

4片土司(toasts),兩隻煎蛋,蕃茄,一片小牛排
Egg Florentine+Juice (Orange+Pineapple+Watermelon)
Poached eggs on a bed of spinach, Turkish bread topped with Florentine sauce and parmesan cheese
