The egg tart shop Chris Patten's love would gone away
The last Hong Kong governor Chris Patten loved the egg tart's shop would be closed. Because of changing owner, the rent would rise from 3,5000 to 8,000. Mr. Au Yeung said he would be leave that shop and try to find out the other place. That shop had attracted many politicians and aristits eg Chris Patten, Yun fat Chow(International actor), Eason Chan(singer) to go there. Not only egg tart, Mr Au Yeung created many desserts like chinese doughnut by himself. If you go Hong Kong recently, You have to go Lyndhurst Terrace "Egg tart King(蛋撻王)(It could not have english name so please remember the chinese words)" to try the egg tart.

沒有想到連肥彭(原名彭定康:末代香港港督)最愛的蛋撻店也要結業.希望他們能像樂文書店一樣,找到一個地方安置自己. 這麼好吃的店結業也實在太可惜了.至於 這個店因為肥彭而"一夜成名",我相信除了肥彭的明聲外,該書應該都是有實力才能留得住食客.不知道歐陽先生與肥彭關係是否和查理斯王子的妻子卡迷拉與紐 西蘭婦人一樣密切,說不定肥彭的女兒結婚也會邀請他們去.
