Japanese restaurant "魚"日本餐廳(Australia)


Tonight we went to Japanese restaurant to have a dinner. That was not the first time I went there but I had to take a photo for you to look at the sushi rice. Very beautiful and delicious~ The top of that was eggs, roes, prawns; The middle level was long narrow strips’ sushi, different type of sushi; The bottom was sushi rice. Also we ordered a crisped crabs, Nice~
這間”魚”食店其實去過好幾次.但不是常去,通常都是叔叔請客或是和一些很少見的朋友才會去那兒吃晚飯. 最出名的是壽司飯,那一條條的壽司舖滿在飯面上,吃下去的口感和一段的壽司飯是差很遠的(那也是它為什麼那貴的原因).另一個軟殼 蟹好像是第一次吃,或 許是以前做法有所不同.我不知道算不算好吃,一句話:炸~不過蟹殼的確很軟~但應該很合西方人合味,因為除了”炸”,還附送了炸蝦片.
